About additional measures for support of the population and subjects of entrepreneurship in the period of koronavirusny pandemic

According to presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 19, 2020 No. UP-5969 "About First-priority Measures for Mitigation of Negative Impact on Industries of Economy of Koronavirusny Pandemic and the Global Crisis Phenomena" and of April 3, 2020 No. UP-5978 "About Additional Measures of Support of the Population, Industries of Economy and Subjects of Entrepreneurship in the period of Koronavirusny Pandemic" are implemented measures for expansion of social support of the population, ensuring steady functioning of industries of economy.

Privileges and preferences are provided to subjects of entrepreneurship, uninterrupted salary payment to employees of the organizations financed from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also pensions, grants and benefits is provided.

For the purpose of ensuring additional support of persons who lost the main sources of the income during counteraction to spread of koronavirusny infection, socially vulnerable segments of the population and subjects of entrepreneurship:

1. Determine that from April 1, 2020 to October 1, 2020:

a) voluntary conveyance to Charity public foundation of Uzbekistan of Makhall, Kindness and Support Fund, Public fund "Uzbekiston Mekhr-shavkat Va Salomatlik", including their departments in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas, the city of Tashkent, areas and the cities, and also to the physical persons included in the list of the physical persons needing social support, created by public authorities on places:

money and goods (services) is considered as deductible expenses in case of calculation of the income tax;
