For the purpose of further strengthening of the place and the status in geological science of the unique nature sanctuaries created throughout centuries and internationally acknowledged coal mine "Zinzilban" of the Devonian Period located in the territory of Public institution "Kitabsky national geological park" of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources and also further development of geotourism and economic capacity of the region:

1. Approve the offer of the State committee on geology and mineral resources, the State committee on ecology and environmental protection and the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tourism development about creation in Kitabsky district of the Kashkadarya region based on Public institution "Kitabsky national geological park" of the Kitabsky geological national natural park in the form of public institution on conservation.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two weeks to make the government decision on creation of the Kitabsky geological national natural park in the form of public institution on conservation based on Public institution "Kitabsky national geological park" as a part of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 19.04.2024 No. UP-67

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
