1. This Federal Law establishes features of forced execution of court resolutions, acts of other bodies and officials, and also return of overdue debt during spread of new koronavirusny infection.
2. Provisions of this Federal Law extend to debtors - legal entities, debtors - individual entrepreneurs, being the subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship included as of March 1, 2020 in the unified register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship according to the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 in No. 209-FZ "About development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation", performing activities in industries of the Russian economy, most injured in the conditions of deterioration in situation as a result of spread of new koronavirusny infection which list affirms the Government of the Russian Federation, except for of debtors - legal entities, debtors - individual entrepreneurs, to which according to article 9.1 of the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" is applied the moratorium on initiation of proceedings about bankruptcy according to the applications submitted by creditors, and also on separate categories of debtors - physical persons, determined by parts 3 and 5 of article 2 of this Federal Law.
3. The fact of implementation of activities in industries of the Russian economy, most injured in the conditions of deterioration in situation as a result of spread of new koronavirusny infection, is determined by the core activity (classified based on codes of types of activity according to the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities), information on which contains in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or the Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs as of March 1, 2020.
