"2) to provide to the organizer of lottery and state supervision body of the information about the beneficial owners, the physical persons and legal entities which are founders (participants) of this operator of lottery, the board members (supervisory board), members of collegiate executive body, persons performing functions of sole executive body of the relevant operator of lottery, persons rendering essential (direct or indirect) influence on decisions of governing bodies of such operator of lottery, and also the documents confirming the specified data. The structure and procedure for provision of the specified data and documents are established by the Government of the Russian Federation. The concept "beneficial owner" is used in this Federal Law in the value determined by Item 8 of article 6.1 of the Federal Law of August 7, 2001 No. 115-FZ "About counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing".";
Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. The legal entity cannot act as the operator of lottery, founders (participants) which beneficial owners are persons having not removed or unspent conviction for crimes in the field of economy, crimes against the government or for intentional crimes of average weight, serious crimes, especially serious crimes.
