To the Ministries of Agriculture, economic development and trade and finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and to the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, for the purpose of accomplishment of the specified Program to take necessary measures for attraction of domestic and foreign investments.
4. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas effective implementation of the specified Program and annually till March 1 to provide information on the course of its accomplishment to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
