1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty, the Ministry of Finance, Central bank, and also Fund of reconstruction and developments of the Republic of Uzbekistan about allocation to commercial banks from Fund of reconstruction and development of credit line in equivalent of 100 million US dollars for development of service industry.

2. Determine that:

the credit line is allocated to commercial banks for a period of 7 years, including three-year grace period at the rate of 10 annual interest rates;

commercial banks allocate the credits to subjects of entrepreneurship in the field of servicing (except for subjects of entrepreneurship in the field of trade and finance) for creation and equipment of the companies in particular conducting activities in the field of consumer services, education, medicine, information communications and other demanded spheres for rate of 14 annual interest rates at the rate to 1 billion sum;

at least 20 percent of the means of credit line provided in this resolution are allocated to women and young entrepreneurs;

for 67 types of activity (works, services) in which self-employed persons according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2020 No. PP-4742 "About measures for simplification of state regulation of business activity and self-employment" can be engaged the credits within the Each Family — the Entrepreneur program are allocated;
