Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 12, 2010 "About insurance and national pensions" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 1, Art. 19; 2011, No. 3, Art. 175; 2012, No. 8, Art. 331, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1003; 2015 t., No. 3, Art. 222) following changes and amendments:

1. In the text of Article 5 of the word of "the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On social partnership, agreements and collective agreements" shall be replaced with words "The labor code of the Republic of Tajikistan".
