About entering of amendments into Regulations of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring in the Regulations of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the resolution of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 2002 No. 1, the following amendments:

"20-1. The constitutional production fully or partially can be performed in electronic format about what the decree is issued.

In case of such format acts and actions of the Constitutional Council and its officials, participants of the constitutional production can be drawn up in electronic form, certified by the digital signature, with use of information technologies and systems and forming of electronic case.

At the initiative of the Constitutional Council participants of the constitutional production, their representatives, and also experts, specialists, translators and other persons can participate in meeting of Council by use of technical means of communication.

The procedure for application during the constitutional production of technical means and information services is determined by the Office of the Constitutional Council taking into account requirements of the Constitutional law, these Regulations and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
