Based on part (1) article 10 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, and Items е) and f) parts (2) Article 11 and article 24 of the Law No. 71/2007 on registers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 70-73, 314), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve some measures necessary for ensuring cybernetic safety at the ministerial level (are applied).
2. Appoint public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cybernetic Safety" as the Government center of response to incidents of cybernetic safety.
3. The government center of response to incidents of cybernetic safety will constitute single Item of communication and transmission of messages on incidents of cybernetic safety for departmental structures of the Government like CERT.
4. To public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cybernetic Safety" in 9-month time to create and enact the State register of incidents of cybernetic safety.
5. To the ministries, other central administrative authorities subordinated to the Government, the State office and organizational structures in the field of their competence (subordinated administrative authorities, deconcentrated and subordinated public services, and also public organizations and the state companies in which the ministry, the State office or other central administrative authority acts as the founder), to the public subjects and the autonomous state organizations founded by the Government to provide accomplishment of provisions of this resolution.
