About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 146 "About financing of purchase of the modern machinery and equipment" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

state subitem 1.1 in the following edition:

"1.1. legal entities of the Republic of Belarus have the right to perform acquisition of the modern machinery and equipment, made in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, under agreements of finance lease (leasing) at lessors * without holding stipulated by the legislation procedures of purchases at the expense of own, budgetary and (or) borrowed funds, and also the means received by state-financed organizations from implementation by them according to the legislation of the activities which are bringing in incomes and remaining at their order, on the following terms:

payments of advance payment:

at least 10 percent from the cost of the modern machinery and equipment provided in the agreement of finance lease (leasing) - for the organizations of agro-industrial complex **, the public forestry and landscape and nature protection institutions subordinated to the Ministry of forestry and Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the woodworking organizations to which sites of forest fund for wood procurement are provided in lease;

at least 15 percent from the cost of the modern machinery and equipment provided in the agreement of finance lease (leasing) - for the organizations performing activities in other industries of economy;

payments of remuneration (income) to the lessor in the amount of 2 annual interest rates;

determinations of term of leasing of the modern machinery and equipment - 7 years 5 months.

Without payment of the advance payment established in paragraphs the second or fourth part one of this subitem purchase is allowed:

the automotive vehicles made by JSC Minsk Automobile Plant - managing company of BELAVTOMAZ holding;

the agricultural machinery made by members of GOMSELMASH holding;
