1. in Mandatory requirements to electronic trading system of the commodity exchanges approved by the specified order:

4) and 5) of Item 14 to state subitems in the following edition:

"4) during the work in the mode of remote access the exchange provides the necessary number of ports for connection of removed bidders and officials of antimonopoly authority;

5) authorized body (the board of directors or board) of commodity exchange the regulating document determining conditions, requirements and technical characteristics in case of connection to electronic trading system of commodity exchange and work in it of bidders and officials of antimonopoly authority in the mode of remote access affirms;".

2. To provide to department of domestic trade of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
