About introduction of amendments to articles 16 and 48 of the Federal law "About Hunting and about Preserving Hunting Resources and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 No. 209-FZ "About hunting and about preserving hunting resources and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, the Art. 3735) the following changes:
1) in Article 16:
a) regarding 3 words "in part 2" shall be replaced with words "in parts 1 and 2";
b) regarding 4 words "the physical person specified in part 2" shall be replaced with words "the physical persons specified in parts 1 and 2";
Part 4 of Article 48 to state 2) in the following edition:
"4. Holding actions for regulation of number of hunting resources in the fixed hunting grounds is provided with the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who signed okhotkhozyaystvenny agreements, and in public hunting grounds - public authorities within their powers determined according to Articles 32 - 34 presents of the Federal Law.".
