About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal profession and lawyer activities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 18, 2015 "About legal profession and lawyer activities" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 3, the Art. 204, No. 11, Art. 958; 2016, No. 5, Art. 362; 2017, Art. No. 1-2, 14) following changes and amendment:

1. Add Article 31 with parts 10 and 11 of the following content:

"10. For the purpose of rendering secondary legal aid the lawyer signs the agreement with the center of legal aid and is entered in the state register of the lawyers providing secondary legal aid. The lawyer shall at the request of the center of legal aid according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal aid" urgently be, to the investigator, the investigator, the prosecutor or the judge.
