Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system" of August 2, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 7-8, of Art. 606; 2012, No. 4, Art. 252, No. 7, Art. 686, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1024; 2014, No. 7, h, 2, Art. 400, No. 12, Art. 824; 2015, No. 11, Art. 957, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1113; 2016, No. 5, Art. 364, No. 7, Art. 618, 2019, No. 4-5, of Art. 218; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 2, 2020, No. 1666) the following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 1 with paragraphs the tenth, the eleventh, the twelfth, the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth the following content:

"-information system of issue of the allowing document - complex of software, methods and procedures for receipt of electronic request, acceptance, creation, processing, transfer, storage and integrity checking of electronic documents and execution of allowing documents;

- electronic form of permission - the permission in electronic form which is drawn up and received with use of information system of issue of the allowing document;

- electronic execution of the allowing document - execution of the allowing document with use of information and telecommunication technologies within electronic interaction between state bodies, authorized organization and requesting;

- interdepartmental electronic interaction - data exchange between state bodies by means of information and communication technologies;

- electronic request of issue of the allowing document - the document on provision of permission constituted from required in electronic form in the single approved form;
