Article 1

Bring in article 180 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 2, Art. 198; 2003, No. 50, Art. 4847; 2009, No. 52, Art. 6453; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7362; 2012, No. 10, Art. 1162; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6724; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4110; No. 49, Art. 6951) following changes:

To "bodies of health care" shall be replaced with words 1) in word part four to "executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of health protection";

To add 2) with part six of the following content:

"6. In case of release from serving sentence the administration of the organization performing punishment transfers information concerning the convict having the disease included in the list of the diseases constituting danger to people around, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, to executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of health protection at the place of residence elected by him for the solution of question of the organization of rendering medical care to it. The list of the transmitted data, procedure for its transfer and procedure for exchange of information in case of non-arrival of the convict to the residence elected by him are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
