About introduction of amendments to articles 314 and 316 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation

2) in Article 316:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 316. Procedure for carrying out judicial session, resolution of sentence or termination of criminal case";

b) add with part devyatoy.1 the following content:

"9.1. The judge can issue the decree on the termination of criminal case in the presence of the bases provided by Articles 25. 1, 28.1 and 239 of this Code.".
