Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of March 14, 2002 No. 30-FZ "About bodies of judicial community in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 11, Art. 1022; 2003, No. 27, Art. 2710; 2004, No. 33, Art. 3369; 2010, No. 50, Art. 6604; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7066; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1094; 2015, No. 24, Art. 3371; No. 41, Art. 5638; 2018, No. 31, Art. 4855) following changes:

1) in Article 6:

a) to state the paragraph of the sixth of Item 2 in the following edition:

"from judges of each Arbitration Court of the district, Intellectual Property Rights Court - on two judges;";

b) in Item 3:

the paragraph one after words "Arbitration Courts of districts," to add with words of "Intellectual Property Rights Court";

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"The congress is convened once in four years by Judicial council of the Russian Federation. In case of threat of origin and (or) emergence of separate emergency situations, introduction of high alert or emergency situation in all territory of the Russian Federation or on its part, emergence of other situations excluding possibility of holding the regular congress, convocation of congress can be postponed according to the decision of Judicial council of the Russian Federation for later term. The extraordinary congress shall be convened if the decision on it is made by conferences of judges at least in half of subjects of the Russian Federation.";

Item 1 of Article 8 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. The judicial council of the Russian Federation is created by the All-Russian congress of judges from among judges of federal courts, and also judges of vessels of subjects of the Russian Federation.
