The operator Sistemy is determined by authorized body in the field of hydrocarbons (further - authorized body) according to Item 2 of article 144 of the Code.
When forming System the data of the Integrated information system "Single State Management System Subsurface Use of the Republic of Kazakhstan" received within information exchange with Subjects are used.".
2. To provide to department of digitalization and informatization of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
