About assignment for implementation of construction, reconstruction, repair and content of highways public of the state value (Extraction)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Allocate to the State agency of highways 35000000 thousand hryvnias from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for implementation of construction, reconstruction, repair and content of highways public of the state value according to the budget program 3111020 "Development of network and content of highways public of the state value" on irretrievable basis (development expenses).

2. Approve the Procedure for use of the funds allocated for implementation of construction, reconstruction, repair and content of highways public of the state value which is applied.

3. Bring in the Procedure for use of fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 22, 2020 No. 302 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 36, the Art. 1191), changes which are applied.

4. Provide:

To the state agency of highways - approval of allocation of budgetary funds, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

To the Ministry of Finance - introduction after the specified approval of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.
