About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About reference tribunals"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 No. 301-Z "About reference tribunals" the following changes:

1. State Article 2 in the following edition:

"Article 2. Legal regulation of the relations connected with creation and activities of reference tribunals

The relations connected with creation and activities of reference tribunals are regulated by the legislation on reference tribunals, and also international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.

The legislation on reference tribunals is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.

If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".

2. In Article 3 part five:

exclude the words "Republic of Belarus";

add part with the offer of the following content: "The permanent reference tribunal created as non-profit organization, having the right to have symbolics which is subject to state registration according to the legislation on official heraldic symbols.".

3. In the paragraph the second Article 5 of the word of "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "legislations".

4. In Article 6:

from part one, paragraph one of part five, parts eleven and the twelfth to exclude the words "Republic of Belarus";

in part two:

to exclude from paragraph one of the word "Republic of Belarus";

to state paragraphs of the fifth and sixth in the following edition:
