About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2019 "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About telecommunication" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 279-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 1757 "About approval of the Regulations on order of registration of the radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices which are source of electromagnetic radiation":

to add the name and Item 1 after the word "registration" with words "(removals from registration)";

The regulations on order of registration of the radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices which are source of electromagnetic radiation, approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows (are applied);

1.2. in Regulations on procedure for issue to citizens of permissions when using radio-frequency range approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2007 No. 1882:

in Item 7:

exclude the words "in a month";

after the word "Belarus" to add Item with words "(further - the Commission)";

in Item 11:

to exclude from paragraph one of the word "in a month";

in the paragraph the second to replace words of "The State Commission on Radio Frequencies under the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus" with the word of "Commission";

add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"availability at the citizen concerning the declared RES of the registration certificate of radio-electronic means which is source of electromagnetic radiation, civil appointment.";
