Based on Item 1 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 28, 2020 "About modification of Section 1.10 of the inventory, concerning which the prohibition of import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union is established", the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 59
1. Determine the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in authorized body of the Republic of Belarus on issue of confirmation on export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the disinfectants classified by code 3808 94 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - disinfectants).
2. To the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus regional, Minsk city to executive committees in case of availability of deficit of disinfectants to send to the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade the petition with motivated request for suspension of issue of confirmations on export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of disinfectants.
In case of change of the circumstances which formed the basis for the direction of the petition specified in the parts one of this Item, republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus regional, Minsk city executive committees notify the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade on its response.
3. Confirmations on export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of disinfectants are issued by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade on one batch товара*.
