Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the Federal Tax Service and the organizations subordinated to it approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 7, 2018 No. 424 "About approval of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the Federal Tax Service and the organizations subordinated to it and also forms of the material safety data sheet of these objects (territories)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 16, the Art. 2378).

Changes which are made to requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the Federal Tax Service and the organizations subordinated to it

1. Add Item 20 with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e) on identification and prevention of unauthorized bringing (transportation) and application on object (territory) of toxic chemicals, toxic agents and pathogenic biological agents, including in case of their obtaining by mailings.".

2. Add with Item 25 (1) the following content:

"25(1). Identification and prevention of unauthorized bringing (transportation) and application on object (territory) of toxic chemicals, toxic agents and pathogenic biological agents, including in case of their obtaining by mailings, is reached by means of:

a) exceptions of the uncontrolled admission on object (territory) of visitors and vehicles;

b) developments of operations procedure of workers of object (territory) in case of detection of use of the specified substances, and also in case of receipt of suspicious mailings;
