About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About Employment"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 11 of the Law of December 11, 2013 No. ZR-152 "About employment" (further - the Law):

To add 1) with Items 3.1 and 3.2 of the following content:

"3. 1) establishes forms of the questionnaire of assessment of needs of person who is looking for work, the summary conclusion, samples of the individual program of employment of person who is looking for work, the bilateral agreement about implementation of the individual program, the agreements signed for the purpose of implementation of state programs of employment;

3. 2) approves forms of the certificate on assistance in use of services in employment of the non-state organizations for employment providing implementation of state programs of employment, the directions on the professional training, the sizes of allowances of the salaries on specialties provided by the program of assistance by the unemployed for employment in other place, forms of the references shown by the employer in the territorial center on participation of the unemployed in the program of assistance by the unemployed for the first time entering the labor market on the profession in receipt of labor working experience at the employer about labor activity of person (persons) working according to the program of provision of partial compensation of the salary to the employer in case of employment of persons, noncompetitive at the labor market about labor activity of the attendant person with disability working according to the program of provision of partial compensation of the salary to the employer in case of employment of persons, noncompetitive at the labor market, forms of the business program of assistance to land users and the plan schedule of performance of works;";

2) in Item 6 of the word "which procedure and criteria" shall be replaced with words "at the same time, procedure and criteria of distribution of the annual program for areas and separate groups (beneficiaries) who are looking for work".
