About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning recognition by the stateless person

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):

1) speak rapidly the second and eleventh articles 289 after words of "additional protection in Ukraine" to add with the words "or stateless person";

2) in the text of the Code of the word "the central executive body which provides realization of state policy in the field of migration" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the central executive body which realizes state policy in the field of migration (immigration and emigration), including counteractions of illegal (illegal) migration, nationality, registration of physical persons, refugees and other categories of migrants determined by the legislation" in the corresponding case.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About immigration" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 197 with subsequent changes):

Part third of Article 4 to add 1) with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) to the persons without citizenship living in the territory of Ukraine based on the residence permit within two years from the date of recognition by their stateless persons";

2) in Article 9:

a) in part six "Items 1, 3" to replace the word and figures with the word and figures "Items 1, of 3, 6";

b) the seventh to add part with Item 14 of the following content:

"14) for persons specified in Item 6 parts three of article 4 of this Law - originals (after sight return) and copies of the residence permit and the decision on provision of the status of the stateless person";
