About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About consumer protection"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About consumer protection" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 2, the Art. 5) the following changes:

2) in Article 1-1:

"1. The manufacturer (the contractor, the seller) shall provide timely to the consumer the necessary and reliable information about goods (works, services) providing possibility of their right choice.";

b) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Information on goods (works, services) without fail shall contain:

description of goods (works, services);

types and features of the offered works (services);

mark of conformity if the goods (work, service) are subject to the procedure of confirmation of conformity to the requirements established by technical regulations, standards;

marking about compliance to requirements of technical regulations;
