Approve the enclosed changes which are made to standards of disclosure of information by subjects wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2004 No. 24 "About approval of standards of disclosure of information by subjects wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 4, by the station 282).
