Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 No. 140-Z "About bases of transport activities" the following changes:

1. State Article 2 in the following edition:

"Article 2. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of transport activities

The relations in the field of transport activities are governed by the legislation in the field of transport activities, international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, and also the international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The legislation in the field of transport activities is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and consists of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus, this Law and other acts of the legislation.

If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which contain in this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".

2. From Articles 5, 9 and 12, of parts one, the second and fourth article 13, of articles 14, 15 and 17, to exclude parts three of Article 19 and part two of Article 21 of the word "Republic of Belarus".

3. In part two of Article 6 of the word of "year" about public-private partnership" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.01. 2/2340)" shall be replaced with words 2016, "No. 345-Z "About public-private partnership".

4. In Article 7:
