About entering of amendment into the Regulations on payment procedure by the serviceman of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan of monthly monetary compensation for employment (sublease) of premises approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 25, 2005 No. 169
For the purpose of strengthening of social security of the military personnel of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. To add Item 1 of the Regulations on payment procedure the serviceman of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan of monthly monetary compensation for employment (sublease) of premises approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 25, 2005 No. 169, with the paragraph the seventh the following content:
"The monetary compensation is paid to the military personnel of military units and organizations in the settlements of district value which are part of one garrison located in close proximity to the cities of Tashkent, Nukus and the regional centers in case of lease of premises near these cities (in the capital and the regional centers) for employment (sublease) of premises within actual costs (except for payments of utilities) in the sizes determined for the actual place of residence".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty - the Minister of Economic Development and reducing poverty of D. A. Kuchkarov.
