About modification and amendments in the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"

Article 1. In article 28 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-154 "About public welfare payments" (further - the Law):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 8 of the word "at the choice of the parent by non-cash or cash method" by "non-cash method", and to add the same part with the new offer of the following content: "If the parent is disabled person of the first or second group, then the attendance allowance is paid by non-cash or cash method based on the statement of the parent.";

Part 9 after the words "into the account" to add 2) with the words "or the amount of benefit for the settlement account of the parent by means of non-cash post payment services of the national operator of mail service of the Republic of Armenia (further-the National operator)";

3) in part 11 the word is "paid" shall be be replaced with words "paid by cash method".

Article 2. From part 6.1 of article 28.1 of the Law of the word "or to cash" and the offer "In case of nonpayment of outstanding amount of attendance allowance in this time it is paid if the applicant repeatedly addressed within six months following after month of the address" to exclude.

Article 3. To add article 39 of the Law with parts 9 - 12 following contents:

"9. The attendance allowance is paid by non-cash or cash method based on the statement if the allowance is granted:

1) in the cities of Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor - till January 1, 2021;

2) in other cities (except for the cities specified in Item 1 of this part) - till July 1, 2021;

3) in villages with the population of 1000 and more inhabitants - till July 1, 2022;

4) in villages with the population to 1000 inhabitants - till July 1, 2023.

10. The list of villages on population approves the Government.
