About introduction of amendments to article 27 of the Marine life protection act of personal data No. 133/2011

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Single Article. - In Article 27 of the Marine life protection act of personal data No. 133/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 170-175, 492), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (to add 1) with the text "with preliminary implementation of the rights provided by Articles 12, of 13, of 14, 16 and 17. In case of non-realization by the subject of personal data of the rights and omission of other important aspects connected with submission of the corresponding proofs, the Center informs him on it in 30-day time after receipt of the claim.";

add Article with part (2-1) following of content:

"(2-1) Term of consideration and permission of the complaint made in compliance with part (1), three months with possibility of its justified prolongation each 30 days depending on complexity of case, amount of information which needs to be received and analyzed of behavior of the corresponding participants, behavior of the involved bodies and the importance of ministerial procedure for the concerned party constitute, but no more than up to six months. After receipt of all information and its analysis the Center completes consideration and permission of the claim within no more than 30 days. If the subject of the claim is beyond scope of this law, the claim is not considered what it is reported to the subject of personal data about. Ensuring compliance with terms of consideration and permission of claims belongs to duties of employees of the Center, and control of adherence to deadlines - to obligations of chiefs of divisions of the Center. The center informs the subject of personal data on the course of consideration and permission of the claim in case of prolongation of term of consideration and permission of the claim or on its request.";
