About introduction of amendments to the Law on Prosecutor's office No. 3/2016

Art. I. - In the Law on Prosecutor's office No. 3/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 69-77, 113), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Parts (2-1) and (to recognize 2-2) Articles 11 invalid.

b) interview in the Supreme council of prosecutors.

(3) the Procedure for the organization and carrying out tender is established by the provision approved by the Supreme council of prosecutors. The stage of interview is transferred online in real time. The supreme council of prosecutors provides access for representatives of mass media to meeting on which the interview is conducted.

(4) Competition to position of the Attorney-General is held according to the objective criteria based on merits taking into account professional training, integrity and the candidate's capabilities.

(5) Information on the organization and carrying out tender is published on official web pages of the Prosecutor General's Office and the Supreme council of prosecutors not later than month till deadline for document package.
