About modification of the Order of the Government No. 357/2018 about determination of restriction of opportunities

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 357/2018 about determination of restriction of opportunities (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 126-132, 399), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) Appendix No. 1:

a) add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The automated information system of the Consultation (further - the Automated information system) is information system which allows to increase efficiency of the procedure of consideration of the applications about determination of restriction of opportunities and working capacity, and also to provide accounting of all requests and persons interacting with the Consultation.";

b) Item 6:
