About modification of some Orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Provision on implementation of the state program "First house" approved by the Order of the Government No. 202/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 233), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 6:

a) in the subitem 1) to replace figures "45" with figures "50";

b) 4) and 5) to state subitems in the following edition:

"4) the area of housing acquired within the Program shall exceed the area of housing which is available in exclusive property of person and/or joint with other family members. Also person having housing in property, exclusive or joint with other family members, irrespective of its area, in the village (commune), acquired by inheritance or on donative is considered acceptable;

5) the area of housing which is available in exclusive property of person and/or joint with other family members, except for the beneficiary, the spouse/spouse of the beneficiary shall not exceed the areas of housing acquired within the Program. It is considered acceptable and person whose spouses/spouse have housing in property, exclusive or joint with other family members, irrespective of its area, in the village (commune), acquired by inheritance or on donative";

c) in the subitem 7) to replace the text of "at least 10%" with the text of "at least 5%";

To replace 2) in Item 51 of figure "15" with figures "10";

3) in Item 84:

a) after the text "provided in Item 83" to add with the text", and also in case of unreasonable receipt of monetary compensations from the government budget";

b) the word of "debt obligation" to replace with the word of "debt obligations".
