Some questions of compensation of health and other workers of healthcare institutions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish from September 1 to December 31, 2020 surcharges to the salary to health and other workers of healthcare institutions of utility pattern of ownership (except doctors and/or teams of primary medical care) and the healthcare institutions relating to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Health which provide medical care by the patient with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and subjects which provide life activity of the population:

to doctors (irrespective of positions) in the amount of 70 percent of the official pay rate determined by the 14th job grade of the Single scale of charges;

to specialists who meet the qualification requirements approved by the Ministry of Health in the amount of 50 percent of the minimum wage established in article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020";

to junior nurses in the amount of 25 percent of the minimum wage established in article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020".

The list of types of healthcare institutions and the list of positions of health and other workers for which the following surcharges are established affirms the Ministry of Health.

2. Determine that the surcharges determined by Item 1 of this resolution:

are not considered in case of establishment of surcharges to the health and other workers determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 2020 No. 246 "Some questions of compensation of health and other workers which are directly engaged at works on liquidation of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 29, with the Art. 1042), and in case of calculation of the size of the salary of the worker for ensuring its minimum size;
