About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather single questions of the organization of educational process in the field of health care

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19 with subsequent changes):

Article 33 after part one to add 1) with three parts of such content:

"In healthcare institutions for the purpose of ensuring educational process medical care can be provided by scientific and pedagogical employees of the organizations of the higher (postgraduate) education performing training in the field of health care provided that they have the certificate of the specialist doctor and received approval of the head of healthcare institution on delivery of health care to the patient which form affirms the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of health care.

The organization of educational process in healthcare institutions with the assistance of scientific and pedagogical employees of the institutions of higher education performing training of job seekers of the higher education in the field of health care is performed according to the provision approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Participation in rendering all types of medical care, under the leadership of the doctor of healthcare institution, is accepted by doctors-interns according to the provision approved by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of health care".

With respect thereto second and third to consider parts respectively parts five and the sixth;
