About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further enhancement of estimative activities I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 2006 No. 615 "About estimative activities in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

add Item with subitems 1.3-1-1.3-3 of the following content:

"1.3-1. the state register of appraisers is the state information resource and is part of the state information system "State Register of Appraisers" which owner is the State committee on property.

The procedure for use of the specified state information system is determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;

1.3-2. the state register of appraisers includes:

information about the appraisers who received certificates on certification of the appraiser, separately by types of objects of the civil laws;

personal records of appraisers in electronic form;

information on the conclusions about assessment, data from them and electronic copies of these conclusions;

other information determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;

1.3-3. SUE National Cadastral Agency:

is operator of the state information system "State Register of Appraisers" (further - the operator of the state register of appraisers);

performs program and technical maintenance, upgrade of complex of program technical means of the state information system "State Register of Appraisers";

provides information security, and also accomplishment of other requirements of the legislation on information, informatization and information security in the course of accomplishment of the functions specified in paragraphs second and third to this part.

Financing of expenses on accomplishment of the functions specified in part one of this subitem is performed for the account:

the funds of the republican budget allocated for the property relations, cartography and geodesy to the State committee on property;

other sources according to the legislation;";
