Article 1

In case of receipt from budgetary institution by determination of cadastral cost of the act of determination of the cadastral cost calculated according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 16 Federal Laws of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ "About the state cadastral assessment" data on such cadastral cost are entered in the Single state real estate register no more than five working days from the date of receipt of such act in body of registration of the rights in time.

9. In case of the change of cadastral cost of real estate objects by its multiplication by index of the real estate market according to the procedure provided by part 5 of article 19.1 of the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ "About the state cadastral assessment" data on such cadastral cost are entered in the Single state real estate register no more than five working days from the date of such change of cadastral cost in time.".

Article 5

Bring in the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ "About the state cadastral assessment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 27, Art. 4170; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4823) following changes:

1) regarding 1 Article 3:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2) the cadastral project cost of the real estate - the result of assessment of real estate object received for certain date determined on the basis of pricing factors according to this Federal Law and methodical instructions on the state cadastral assessment;";

b) add with Item 3 following of content:

"3) the cadastral cost of single immovable complex - the amount of cadastral cost of the real estate objects specified in Article 133.1 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and united in such single immovable complex which are determined taking into account functioning as a part of single immovable complex of these real estate objects.";

2) in Article 7:
