Article 1

Bring in article 3 of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 30, Art. 4571; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6961; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3947, 4001; No. 29, Art. 4375; 2018, No. 1, Art. 89) following changes:

To add 1) with part 5.2 following of content:

"5.2. When implementing purchase of the goods including delivered to the customer in case of accomplishment of the purchased works, rendering the purchased services the agreement in case of its conclusion joins information on the country of goods' origin.";

Item 1 of part 8 after the word "priority" to add 2) with words ", including the minimum share of purchases,".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective after ten days after day of its official publication, except for Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective after thirty days after day of official publication of this Federal Law.

3. Purchases, notices on which implementation were placed in unified information system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs or invitations to take part in which were sent about day of entry into force of Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law, come to the end by rules which affected date of placement of such notice or for date of the direction of such invitation.
