Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of February 7, 2011 No. 7-FZ "About clearing, clearing activities and the central partner" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 7, Art. 904; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7607; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4084; 2015, No. 27, Art. 4001; 2016, No. 1, Art. 23; 2017, No. 30, Art. 4456; 2018, No. 24, Art. 3399) following changes:

1) Article 11 to add with part 3.2 following of content:

"3.2. The participant of clearing bears responsibility for non-execution or improper execution of the obligations allowed to clearing including the obligations fulfilled for customer account irrespective of method of ensuring obligation fulfillment and availability of property of the participant of clearing or its client, including property of the client of the participant of clearing which accounting is performed separately.";

2) Article 15 to add with part 8.3 following of content:

"8.3. If the clearing organization creating property pool is operator of commodity deliveries, the goods brought in property pool according to part 2.1 of article 24.1 of this Federal Law can be considered on the separate trading commodity account of the participant of clearing or the trading commodity account of his client opened in this clearing organization. This trading commodity account is the property trading commodity account.";

3) Article 16 to add with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. The goods brought in property pool according to part 2.1 of article 24.1 of this Federal Law are considered on the separate clearing commodity account of the clearing organization. Such account is the property clearing commodity account.";
