1. Determine that:

1.1. statements for issue of special permissions (licenses) for implementation of the activities connected with military products (further if other is not established, – licenses), prolongation of effective period of licenses, introduction of changes in them and (or) amendments, issue of duplicates of licenses (further if other is not established, – the statement), requests of legal entities about provision of information containing in the register of licenses go to the State military-industrial committee (further if other is not established, – Goskomvoyenprom);

1.2. the actions specified in part one of Item 8 of the Regulations on procedure for licensing of the types of activity connected with specific goods (works, services) are performed by authorized structural division of Goskomvoyenprom (further - authorized structural division);
