1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2013 No. 77 "About approval of Rules on ensuring industrial safety in case of development of mineral deposits by open method";
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2017 No. 18 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2013 No. 77".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2020.
