About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About Drugs"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 1, 2020

Article 1. No. ZR-86 "About drugs" (further - the Law) to add part 23 of article 16 of the Law of May 17, 2016 with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) for the medicines imported addressed to physical persons for treatment or for private use.".

Article 2. In article 21 of the Law:

Item 2 of part 2 to add 1) with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e. physical persons - according to Item 1 of part 7 of article 21 of this Law.";

Item 1 of part 7 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1) for course of treatment or drugs of the private use of the physical person leaving for foreign state or arriving from foreign state, and also drugs of private use imported by carrier or the international post carriages addressed to physical person - according to the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
