Item 55 of the Regulations on military accounting approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2006 No. 719 "About approval of the Regulations on military accounting" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 49, Art. 5220; 2019, No. 41, of the Art. 5729) to state in the following edition:
"55. Stimulation of the workers performing military accounting in military commissariats, local government bodies and the organizations and also officials of military commissariats of subjects of the Russian Federation and military commissariats is carried out following the results of review competition on the best organization of work among subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of mobilization preparation.".
