General meeting of members of limited liability company which agenda includes the questions specified in the paragraph the second Item 1 of article 38 of the Federal Law of February 8, 1998 to No. 14-FZ "About limited liability companies" according to the decision of executive body of limited liability company in 2020 can be held in the form of correspondence voting (by poll).";
