Article 1. In article 17 of the Constitutional law of January 17, 2018 No. ZR-42 "About the Constitutional court":

To add 3) with part 5 of the following content:

Promotions of candidates at the same time for two and more vacancies of the judge of the Constitutional court it is performed no later than within a month after the notice according to the procedure, established by part 5 of article 12 of this Law, about the termination of powers of the judge of the Constitutional court, persons having the right to promotion of candidates for the corresponding vacancies of the judge of the Constitutional court.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
