The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Finance for 2020 in the general fund of the government budget to perform expense reallocation in the way:

reduction of amount of expenses of consumption according to the program 3511350 "Servicing of public debt" on the amount 2609000, 93 thousand hryvnias;

increases in amount of expenses according to the program 3511380 "Fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" on the amount 2609000, 93 thousand hryvnias.

2. According to part four of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020":

1) to reduce amount of expenses of consumption according to budget programs:

1201120 "Financial aid of Fund of obligatory national social insurance on case of unemployment which is marked out from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for payment for partial unemployment" for the amount of 1000000 thousand hryvnias;
