Bring in article 21 of the Federal Law of March 13, 2006 No. 38-FZ "About advertizing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 12, Art. 1232; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4566; 2012, No. 30, Art. 4170; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4236; 2015, No. 1, the Art. 43) change, having added it with part 9 of the following content:

"9. Provisions of this Article concerning the advertizing of wine and sparkling wine (champagne) made in the Russian Federation from the grapes which are grown up in the territory of the Russian Federation are applied also to the advertizing of wine and sparkling wine (champagne) made in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union from the Eurasian Economic Union of grapes which is grown up in the territories of the corresponding state members, on condition of confirmation of the place of growth of such grapes according to the procedure, established by the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.".
