Bring in part 4 of article 6 of the Federal Law of July 17, 2011 No. 211-FZ "About housing subsidies to the citizens leaving from the closed settlements to the region of the Far North and areas equated to them" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 30, of the Art. 4559) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"4. If after acceptance of the subject of the Russian Federation by public authority in coordination with the Government of the Russian Federation of the decision on closing of the settlement the citizen and (or) members of his family performed alienation of the premises belonging to them on the property right or transfer of premises to the non-residential premise within five years preceding date of issue to this citizen of the state housing certificate, the size of the provided housing subsidy decreases by the amount received under the contract providing alienation of premises or for the size of the cadastral cost of premises applied to the purposes, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation as of date of the conclusion of such agreement (transfer of premises to the non-residential premise). At the same time for calculation of value by which the size of housing subsidy decreases the greatest of the specified amounts is considered. In case of lack of cadastral cost of premises for the specified date in case of determination of the size of the provided housing subsidy the size of inventory cost of premises is considered.".
