About modification of some legal acts in the field of civil registration

Article 1.

Bring the following changes in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80):

in Article 82:

a) Item 3 in paragraph three in state language of the word "граждандык актыларын" shall be replaced with words "граждандык abat актыларын";

b) subitems 4, of the 5th Item 1 to recognize invalid;

Article 2.

Bring in the Family code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following changes:

in Item 3 of Article 63:

a) state paragraph two in the following edition:

"By the Kyrgyz national traditions the surname of the child can be written down:

- by name the father with addition for male children to "uul" and for female children of "kyza" or without that addition. In these cases the middle name is not appropriated to the child;

- by the name of grandfathers with addition "тегин", at the same time the middle name is added at the request of parents for male children to "uul" and for female children of "kyza". At the request of parents the surname can be appropriated to the child by name ancestors to the seventh knee in the presence of the documents confirming direct family relation or their availability in archives of authorized state body.";

b) in paragraph three the word is "written" to replace with the word "are specified";
